Luke Young • November 3, 2022

Imagine waking up on Sunday morning to sparkling ocean views with a morning walk’s destination calling you from your window. After climbing Muttonbird Island, you catch breakfast & coffee at the Harbourside Markets, a waterfront foodie haven on the shoreline before being Spirited Away on a Barrel Run Tour! That’s what’s on with our latest offer in collaboration with Barrel Run Tours, for a price we’re presently lowering to $750 for two, over an off-peak weekend!

So…

What is a Barrel Run Tour?

It’s a coastal tour specialising in getting you behind the scenes of the Coffs region’s local star brewers, wineries, and distilleries! In a fully air-conditioned bus seating up to thirteen, you’ll be gleefully whisked between venues, so that you can focus on cuisine & craft beverages!

Oh, the places you’ll go!

King Tide Brewing

At the famous King Tide Brewpub, they are best known for serving up their signature “Coco” (Coffs Coast) Hazy Pale Ale, as well as others like the “Beached As” XPAs, “Cows with Guns” Indian Brown Ale, and much more! All about Euro food and frothy creations, within a truly expansive beer garden—you’ll love it!

Woopi Brewing Co.

Feeling “relaxed & vibrant" just like the beach culture of Woolgoolga is their MO. And that reflects further in the greater community from which it birthed and cold brews it now serves with great fanfare. You’ll love their “Between The Flags” American Blonde Ale, and not just for the classic tourist beach reference!

Two Tails Winery

You already know that Aussies do wine phenomenally, and the best way to feel that in your bones is to immerse in Two Tails’ vast winery nestled within rolling hills mere minutes from the shorelines at Nana Glen. From nationally acclaimed hallmarks like the ‘Villard Blanc’ and ‘Chardonnay’, to their signature ‘Chocolate Chilli Vino’ and so much else... Delight will be an understatement!

See what Two tails is fermenting

Critters Distillery

If you’re in the know, you know! As Critters has been scoring high at awards ever since their debut Vodka won ‘Best Australian Pure Neutral’ in 2022, and Silver at the 2021 World Vodka Awards. Their most recent drop is a hot take on contemporary styled Gin you can’t ignore.

Jetty Beach House

It’s in the name and exactly what the Coffs Coast has waited for, for so long. That is, a perfect venue to both bask in beach sunsets on an outdoor dining deck while enjoying stacked fun events. Their menu comprises the very best of all the Coffs region’s food & drink icons, including the favourites you’ll visit along this tour!
