Ensuring your next holiday venue is COVID safe is tricky at best, and so we’d love to share with you a list of all the avenues we’re pursuing to be 100% COVID compliant amidst the ever-changing government guidelines so that you can have a holiday that is still as fun and relaxing as ever—with complete peace of mind!


1.     Our 10/10 cleanliness rating has always been a point of pride and constant improvement at The Observatory. And now, it’s essential! We’ve upped our game and you can be assured that your room will be cleaned to the highest possible standard.

2.     We keep up to date on the most recent changes to government guidelines, so you don’t have to. We will keep you informed all the way if things change leading up to, during or after your stay that might concern you. 

3.     We’ve instilled a COVID-19 cancellation policy which entitles you to free-of-charge cancellations if a suburb you have visited becomes deemed as a hotspot prior to your booked stay with us! All for your peace of mind.

4. We will contact you on the day of your arrival to ensure we have all information required for your stay allowing us to facilitate contactless check-In procedures. We will still be onsite to assist you with any needs you might have throughout your stay though.

5.     Our apartments are self-contained. Meaning that should you wish to avoid the busy food venues and outlets, then your very own kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for what you need!

6.     Social distancing is facilitated in our reception area as well as any other common areas you might like to use in the coming seasons, such as our pool facility.
